You have 14 Days from Receipt of Goods to return goods as unwanted. Goods must be returned in original packaging with all relevant accessories and must be unused.

Where parts are unavailable for our custom builds we will use same specification or higher as a replacement..

Choosing a RAM or Hard Drive alteration can delay despatch by 1-2 Days.

Made to Order items (upgraded) are non-returnable unless a fault is found.

Laptops listed as “Like new, minor wear” may contain a minor mark/scratch/scuff that is deemed minimal to overall condition.

Delivery Information

We offer two shipping options; Priority and Free. Priority orders will on most occasions be despatched same day if ordered before 2PM. Free deliveries are despatched and received within a 3-5 Working Days estimate.

Both Priority & Free, once despatched, are sent on Express 24. We do not guarantee next day delivery and have set our estimates as 2-3 Working Days for Priority and 3-5 Working Days for Free Shipping.

Shipping estimates do not include Weekends and Bank Holidays. Times quoted are for Mainland UK only.
