Terms and Conditions


By sending your item to Laptop Station you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, please read carefully.

  1. Repairs undertaken by Laptop Station carry a Three Month warranty, activated upon receipt of the item.
  2. No Warranty is offered if we are requested to wipe products without servicing them first. Warranties cover the specific repair only. A service or diagnostic is required for Three Month Warranty entitlement on Pc’s or Laptops.
  3. Laptop Station does not cover under its warranty any parts supplied by the customer or a third party.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse a warranty repair if it is believed the failure is self-inflicted. For example – virus cause by going online without virus protection, hard drive failures due to impact or water damage. Screens not functioning where scratches or dents are visible.
  5. Mobile phones or Tablets whose frames are bent/misshapen will not be covered under warranty if the screen or glass lifts or comes loose.
  6. Laptop Station offers no warranties on any device that has signs of liquid damage.
  7. Laptop Station does not cover any subsequent or additional failures. E.g. Screen replacement but then battery fails within three months.
  8. It is at Laptop Stations discretion whether to offer a refund on an already fitted product that has suffered critical failure. E.g. digitizer replacement, phone later fails completely.
  9. Laptop Station will not be held responsible for any further damage which occurs while taking apart a product with existing issues, unless caused by negligence. E.g. removing a phone screen which is already damaged to replace a battery or damaged hinges on a laptop failing when replacing a hard drive.
  10. Repairs must be collected and paid for within 30 days or work finished or will be sold off or disposed of in order to recover costs.
  11. Labour and postage costs are strictly non-refundable
  12. Laptop Station will not be held responsible for any loss of data howsoever arising unless instructed specifically to back up data first. While every effort is made it is not always possible that all data can be recovered when performing Data Transfers or Backup & Rebuilds.
  13. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they back up all of their data prior to sending it to Laptop Station.
  14. While we endeavour to complete all work at the quickest possible time we can only offer estimated timescales, never guarantees.
  15. All products sent to Laptop Station will be listed accordingly. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all products are listed.
  16. Be aware, any pre-existing manufacturer warranties may be voided by instructing Laptop Station to work on your device. It is the customer’s responsibility to way the risks prior to instructing Laptop Station to do work.
  17. Laptop Station cannot warrant work when lock codes or passwords are not supplied, meaning we are unable to test your device.




  1. Once your order has been placed we will despatch your item(s) within 2 working days unless otherwise stated.
  2. We can only deliver within the UK & Ireland under our standard delivery charge. If you are not within the UK please contact us for amended prices.
  3. All purchases are sent via courier and will be insured.
  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address given is correct.
  5. Once an item has been delivered and signed for we can no longer track it. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to ensure a responsible person is available to receive the item.
  6. Laptop Station cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries which are out of our control.
  7. If you suspect that the items being delivered have been damaged in transit then you should refuse the delivery or sign for them as damaged goods.
  8. If you suspect that an item has been damaged in transit you must notify Laptop Station within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  9. If you choose to send your item to us yourself, then it is your responsibility to ensure it reaches us safely. We will not be held responsible if items are lost in transit or arrive damaged when sent by the customer.
  10. Payment for Delivery covers a single Delivery only. If the incorrect address is provided or delivery missed there may be a further charge to arrange a second delivery.



  1. We only accept payment by UK Bank Card or Bank Transfer. We do not accept payment by cheque.
  2. Do not send cash through the post in any form. We will not be responsible if is lost or stolen.
  3. All work must be paid in full prior to your goods being returned to you.
  4. Promotional codes must be entered at the time of checkout and are not redeemable thereafter.
  5. We reserve the right to withdraw promotional codes at any time without notice.


-Warranties and Returns 

  1. If you think there is a problem with your item the first thing to do is contact us.
  2. All warranties are strictly Return-to-Base.
  3. If there is a manufacturing issue with your product then we will repair it for you under its warranty. Please contact us to begin the warranty process.
  4. If an item cannot be repaired then we will offer you a replacement product.
  5. Warranties vary in length depending on the product and should be listed on the sales page and your receipt. If you are unsure please contact us.
  6. If you have changed your mind you have 14 days to return if purchased in-store, if purchased online you have 30 days. The item must be unused, with all its accessories and in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted unless these conditions are met.
  7. If you wish to return your item you must send it back by recorded delivery and well packaged. We will be unable to return items if they arrive damaged or are lost in transit.
  8. If an item is not eligible for a warranty repair then you will be quoted for repairs, it is your decision whether to proceed at that point.
  9. Items returned for a warranty claim will be subject to a full test. If it is found that any damage or failure is a result of misuse then the warranty will be rejected.
  10. Laptop Station will use its discretion to ascertain where fair wear and tear may apply.
  11. Warranties will be processed as follows; Repair, Replace, Refund. We will always seek to Repair an item first. If an item cannot be Repaired we will Replace it with a like-for-like item. If an item can not be repaired or replaced then it will be refunded.
  12. Batteries and Chargers are only covered by a 30 day warranty.
  13. If a warranty claim is made and processed, the warranty on the item will not restart but continue from the original date of purchase.
  14. Laptop Station will pay for One Collection/Delivery only. If the Collection or Delivery fails due to the customer not being available or the incorrect address is provided then you may be charged for a second delivery or collection attempt.
  15. Laptop Station reserved the right to amend or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  16. Where a situation cannot be covered by our Terms & Conditions we will refer to UK Consumer Law.
