Next Day Delivery
Orders received before 2PM Monday-Friday will be shipped same day using DPD Next Day.
Laptops Due In
Delivery estimates start from the date your laptop arrives into us. For example, if a laptop is purchased on a Monday using Free Delivery (2-4 working days), but is not due into us until Wednesday, delivery estimate starts from Wednesday.
Dispatch Service
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed from the following Monday.
Customisations and Upgrades
Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for our team to perform any upgrades and perform our quality assurance testing.
Tracking Information
Once despatched tracking will be provided by DPD to the mobile number provided on your order. A one hour time-slot on the day of delivery will be provided. Items that are not delivered due to no fault of the courier (IE not in) will be subject to a £12.99 re-delivery fee if the item is returned back to us.
Acceptance of Order
We will email you an order confirmation once we’ve received your order. We will accept your order when we send a dispatch email; your statutory rights are effective from this date.
Reporting Problems with Delivery
If you have any problems once you’ve received your order from us or need to report any damage, please take photos of your order and all associated packaging and send them here. If your item arrives damaged please ensure you notify us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
