What is an In Stock item?
In-stock items are in our warehouse, ready for checking and dispatch – we usually dispatch these the same day if express delivery is chosen and paid for before 2PM.
Our Online Exclusive laptops are dispatched directly from our supplier.
Standard vs Express Shipping
Order before 2pm on weekdays; our express shipping method fast-tracks your order to the top of our queue, meaning we check, dispatch and send your order – usually on the same day.
We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and bank holidays.
Orders placed with Extended Setup will have priority delivery to mainland UK included. Delivery to other areas may still be payable.
Eastbourne – Click and Collect
We offer a click-and-collect service from our store in Eastbourne, East Sussex. The service is free, but please wait for confirmation your order is ready to avoid a disappointing trip to the store.
Our store is located at Enterprise Shopping Centre, Station Parade, East Sussex, BN21 1BD. The closest car park is the train station car park.
Customisations and Upgrades
Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for our team to perform any upgrades and perform our quality assurance testing.
If you select priority shipping, your tracking link is sent to you as we dispatch your order. Complete tracking information, including your estimated delivery date, should show by the following day.
We use DPD and Parcel Force for orders in the UK and DHL for orders to Europe. We reserve the right to amend these services as necessary. Laptop Station is not responsible for any Customs and Excise.
On items sent direct from our supplier tracking information is not provided automatically, but can be requested via Email or telephone.
Acceptance of Order
We will email you an order confirmation once we’ve received your order. We will accept your order when we send a dispatch email; your statutory rights are effective from this date.
Reporting Problems with Delivery
If you have any problems once you’ve received your order from us or need to report any damage, please take photos of your order and all associated packaging and send them here. If your item arrives damaged please ensure you notify us within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
