- When a laptop is sold as second-hand, VAT (tax) isn't chargeable. Think about it: The VAT was paid when it was originally purchased brand new. When it's sold on, we don't have to charge the tax again. This particular scheme is called the VAT Margin Scheme (VMS), in case you're an accountant who's interested.
- When a laptop is unsealed it immediately loses value compared to one that's sealed. We buy hundreds of laptops each week, so we're able to secure them at a very good rate - passing the saving on to you.

We offer a 14-day return policy if you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason. Just send it back in its original condition for a refund or exchange.
