Service: Data Transfer + Collection of Old Laptop Included


Have your data professionally transferred from your old laptop to your new. It doesn't matter if the laptop doesn't power on as the data is often readable!

What is Included
1) Transfer of your files including photographics, documents & videos.
2)Virus scan of your data to ensure no unwanted bugs are carried across.
3) We'll setup your emails in the Mail app (must provide valid login details).
4) Your favourites and bookmarks will be transferred into the relevant browser
5) Away collection from any UK address.

What is not included: Applications unless valid login and/or licences are provided.

How it Works
Once you have placed your order a member of our team will contact you via the email provided on checkout. We'll ask for a collection address, contact number and date you wish the item to be collected, plus relevant information to setup your emails.

Your data will be virus scanned and once clean transferred to your new laptop.

Timescale
While every effort is made to transfer your data within one business day it can sometimes take longer depending on virus infections and volume of data. As such allow 2-3 working days for us to complete this task.
